the BASICS

Q: So let’s get to it, what is the Art Bowl?

A: A curated collection of unique, cool and amazing artists. We print the artists’ work on the highest quality material out there. Then have it carefully delivered to your home. All at a (very) affordable price.

Q: Who are we, Who, Who, Who?

A: We’re all in ART together. Founded by Claudia Cameron, we are your answer to affordable artwork. We're based out of the magical city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. :)

Q: How do we contact you?

A: Morse code and sometimes if it’s not too rainy smoke signals work.

Q: Are the artworks limited productions?

A: Yes, most artworks have only 200 pieces produced in any size or on any material. They'll have in the description if they are unlimited. 

Q: What is the differences between the products, e.g. Acrylic vs Resin?

A: Check out our Printed Matter for all the information!

Q: Why are some products ‘Unavailable’?

A: We produce in different sizes for different materials, so the combination between the size and the material isn’t one we work with.

Q: How do we select artists?

A: It’s our special formula, and it’s almost as secret as the magic ingredient in my grandmas recipes!

Q: Can you print my photo?

A: Unless you’re one of the carefully selected artists, then we don’t print personal work.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: Our store is currently only on-line. Although we will be having a pop-up in Amsterdam 6-20th June! Stay tuned on our Facebook Page

ORDERS : SHIPPING : DELIVERY

Q: So what is included when I buy my beautiful artwork?

A:

  • The most awesome highest quality material print
  • Everything so you can hang it on your wall (except Fine Art Prints, they’re just prints)
    • For Acrylic, Dibond and Resin: Aluminum rails on the back, it will look like your mount is 1cm away from the wall when mounted.
    • For Framed Art Print: Metal corners on the underside to hook into nails.
  • Certificate of Authenticity from the Art Bowl
  • Insurance against damage until it arrives to your door, so please check before you sign for it!
  • A little piece of our love.

Q: Can I return my artwork?

A: Sad Face. 14 days. After you've received your artwork. Must be in original packaging. 

Q: Help, I want to cancel my order!

A: You’ll have 24hours to change your mind before we start to produce the work. Let us know via email as soon as possible.

Q: Do you do Gift Certificates?

A: Absolutely! Check the out here: the awesome gift certificate. We can even send them directly to the lucky one, or just get in contact: claudia@theartbowl.com

Q: Are all my personal details safe?

A: Yes, absolutely. We’ve got a secure information and payment pages.

We also have secure payments portals that allow for guaranteed payment protection for you. 

Q: Where do you ship? Abroad/Overseas?

A: Yes! We ship to most places worldwide. 

Q: How much for Postage?

A: Based on the size of your work, you’ll be charged different rates.

Shipping

Q: How much care is taken with the shipping?

A: All shipping is done with the greatest of care, the larger items are shipped and handled by actual people, and not any machines to ensure the greatest of care.

Q: How long until my glorious artwork arrives?

A: Approx. 7 to 14 days, depending on size and material. Except Resin it takes a little longer as the resin is hand poured and takes time to dry, it takes up to 25 days to be delivered. But well worth the wait!

Q: Is the art work tracked when it's on the road?

A: Once your order is shipped you’ll get an email confirming it has been shipped and the tracking number so you can find out exactly where it is!

Q: Ah, Oh, the artwork arrived damaged, now what?

A: Take photos of the damage, send it to claudia@theartbowl.com; we’ll send you a new one OR your money back as soon as possible. Please ensure you check you delivery before signing for the artwork/s to make sure everything is as it should be.

Q: How can I pay for my brilliant piece of art?

A: So we do take left over munten/coins from various parties, I’m sure you have as much as we do. But we prefer to accept:

  • All major plastic (Mastercard, Visa, Amex),
  • PayPal
  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact

All payment methods are supported by service teams if you have a problem they can help. And are in secure payment portals, so guaranteed payment protection for you. 

You can have different billing to delivery address no problem.
