About the magnificent artwork to the left:
Aurelia of the deep blue.
Djapur Sjor is a project that lasted more than three months, because every time I tried to make a new sea creature, I succeeded in that, and I didn't want to stop exploring. In the end, it happened that I was in control of the tools in illustrator that are very random and unpredictable. I remember myself jumping out of bed, working till the evening...I was so persistent in order to create a whole collection of sea creatures. It was an enjoyable rush of inspiration.
About the Artist:
2 lines, Tell us about you //
I'm a self-taught graphic designer from Serbia. My free time is devoted to personal projects in all areas of graphic art.
What’s your favourite stylin’? //
The minimalist Swiss style is my favourite, flat and clean - design that says a lot with only simple forms and shapes. Speaking of forms and shapes, I really like geometric illustration. I'm looking for inspiration in nature, trying to represent things that surround me in a new and different, yet recognizable way.
